- To create and be a volunteer center to assist the community
- To connect our communities and increase our influence through services
- To connect our community via our E-Bulletin, local events, business/employment opportunities workshops, and leadership training
- To be a resource liaision to the business professional and community
- To mentor youth through After School Programming – (2013)
- To collaborate with area non profits and work collectively to meet a specific need
